About Us

Hello !  Blue Sky Investment Properties is a real estate investment company in Tulsa, Oklahoma  consisting of Rex and Dara Turner.  We got into the real estate business as a side line years ago.  We are not some giant national company where you are just a number.  

When you call us, you talk to us. 

We started out by keeping our old home as a rent house after we bought a new one.  Then we bought our next door neighbor's house.  This was the beginning of Blue Sky Investment Properties.  We've never looked back and still have those houses to this day.

We now buy, sell and rent homes.  We have become problem solvers.  Maybe we can help you solve your problem too.  This business is personal to us.  We believe that it is important to maintain our excellent reputation.  We are NOT out to take advantage of other people's problems.  We DO look for ways for all parties to get the classic win-win deal.  We are investors so we do try to make money, we won't hide that from any one.  But we believe that you deserve to be treated with respect and given good friendly service.

We often work with other investors too, so if we can't help you we may know who can.  Sometimes we can all work together to solve problems.
