Q. What kind of homes are you trying to buy?

A. We are MOSTLY trying to buy single family homes. We are looking for homes that can be rented out or fixed up and sold. We will consider other types of investment properties.

Q. How do you buy houses?

A. We have several ways of doing it. We need information from you to help tailor a deal that is right for you and your situation.

Q. Are you going to offer me a super low price?

A. We ARE investors, so we are trying to make money, but NO we aren't going to try to take advantage of you either. We have two basic types of deals we look for. We can structure those deals several different ways. Give us a call & we can go over them.

Q. The house I'm selling isn't in Tulsa. Do you buy homes elsewhere?

A. Sure. Sometimes we buy homes out of the area & sometimes we set you up with an investor that is in your area. We're pretty handy.

Q. I am late on payments. I am think I am getting near foreclosure. Can you help?

A. Usually we can. If you give us a call we will go over your options before it is too late. You MUST protect your credit. Do NOT let your home get repossessed.

Q. I got transferred to another town and need to sell my house QUICK! Can you help?

A. Absolutely. This is the kind of thing we do well. If the deal makes sense we can usually get you an offer in 24 hours. The length of time to closing depends on the circumstances.
